My practice offers both in-office sessions and walk-and-talk therapy in nature, including the opportunity to spend time alongside friendly animal companions. I provide a warm, welcoming, and confidential environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with safety and openness.
Together, we can reflect on patterns of behaviour, relationships, and life experiences to develop greater self-awareness, support personal growth, and create meaningful change. My goal is to support you in becoming a more authentic, confident, and fulfilled version of yourself.
I work with clients aged 12 and older and welcome individuals from all backgrounds, identities, cultures, and lifestyles. I am committed to creating an inclusive, respectful, and supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout your therapeutic journey.
